| Anything that is 100 years or older and is still functional is an antique. |

| What is reclaimed materials and how are they used? |
|
| Wood and other materials that were originally used for some other purpose that are now being used for furniture building are said to be reclaimed. Because only age and use create patina in wood, our manufacturers obtain wood from industrial flooring, casks, tanks and other obsolete wood products. This wood is then re-milled to obtain furniture quality surfaces while leaving the original wear marks. This type of wood is very expensive so our tables have reclaimed wood tops and new wood legs and skirts. Our entertainment centers have new wood backs and bottoms. |

| How do I know the makeup of what I am buying from Mulberry Cottage Interiors? |

| We pride ourselves in our products. The reputable dealers we buy from date all antiques that we obtain in Europe. We must declare a date of manufacture and a country of origin to US Customs when we import. We are happy to point out what is new and old on our reclaimed products. |

| Yes, by all means and we encourage special orders. For instance, you can order a pine dining table, any length and any width as well as choosing turned, fluted, cabriole or tapered legs. Please call us for details. We are happy to work with you and/or your interior designer. |
